great guest post! I can’t people some guy asked how many miles there are in a marathon during marathon training. That’s hilarious. I guess men don’t tend to gossip about the latest celebrity gossip during their runs? : )

Great post! I’ll never forget the day I stopped choosing my running shoes based on color and design in favor of fit. Ugly maroon shoes? Yup, I wear ’em.
