A good bike ride to Laguna and back today. the strength work during the week showed itself a bit, as I took all of the hills from the saddle instead of standing on the bike. Some yoga first thing in the morning to continue working on my flexibility – which currently still stinks. Some basic strength training thrown in – push ups, kettle bell swings, leg lifts and body weight squats until I feel like I’m done. Quick tip: don’t count the reps for each set – start counting when it starts getting tough – Ali used to do that, and he was a champ.
