Happy Mother’s Day to all of those amazing moms out there!
Started my Sunday by calling my awesome mom on Face Time and shooting the breeze for a while. She’s in Cape Cod, enjoying the retired life with her fun loving yellow lab. Shes always been my hero and role model.
Spent the afternoon with my daughter, enjoying a lite snack and hours of meaningful conversation about her goals and aspirations. An incredible feeling of pride grew as I listened to her detail her step-by-step plan for finishing her education and gunning for a professional internship. She has a bright future ahead of her, and that brings me peace.
And I got the work in.
