Started the work week off early in the morning with some strength training in my little makeshift gym area. Then hit the bike to burn off the COVID calories.

Post – work 3 miler and some yoga – no, that wasn’t a typo – I did some yoga following the Peloton app. I’ll sleep well tonight.

Here’s a little something I watched a few times on the bike this morning that got me psyched. Gotta keep the goals in front of my face.
